ListingHub is a private tool used by a single seller to manage their own listings, orders and shipments on eBay and other marketplaces. It is not offered to the public.
Only data needed to fulfil orders placed with the seller: buyer username, name, delivery address, contact details provided by the marketplace, order contents and amounts, and messages exchanged about an order.
Performing the sales contract (shipping, invoicing, returns and customer service) and legal obligations (accounting and tax records).
Data is stored on the seller's own computer and is not sold or shared, except with carriers (to deliver parcels) and as required by law. Tokens for marketplace access are stored encrypted.
Order data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above; accounting documents are kept for the period required by law. eBay Marketplace Account Deletion requests are processed automatically: personal data of the requesting user is erased, while invoices required by law are retained.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting the seller through the marketplace's messaging system.
